We offer traditional wholesale service:
Radius Proxy (Also known as radius Passthrough) What does
radius proxy mean? It means that when one of your subscribers attempts to dial
into the internet we pass the authentication attempt on to your server, and you
decide whether to let them log in or not. You provide all other services to the
subscriber. Radius Proxy is usually done on the clients own registered realms.
Advantages:
 | With Radius proxy you pay only for accounts that authenticate each month,
and get the lowest possible price. |
| You have complete control of all aspects of your ISP. |
Disadvantages:
| There are setup fees for your realm(s) on each carrier. If you select all
eight carrier networks these costs can be substantial! |
| It can take several weeks for the carriers to turn up your realms (don't let
ANY wholesaler tell you anything less - it can take from five days to four or
five weeks to turn up realms on some carriers). |
| You will need radius server (or servers if you want reliability) |
| You will need e mail servers |
| You will need web servers. |
| You will need a subscriber account
administration system and billing system |
| And of course, You will need all these
systems to have high speed internet connectivity, generator protected power,
24/7 monitoring, etc. |
| In addition to the above you will also need all other resources typically
associated with running a national access ISP. |

subscribers dial up networking, email box and news group settings in a few

| You can choose to bill your subscribers through our account administration
system. If you get your own e-commerce merchant bank account the funds go
directly from the subscriber to YOU. We can help you set up this type of
merchant account. |
| You can use our on-line signup system, so your subscribers can pick an
access number, create their userid and password and pay you - on-line! Our
signup system accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover card, American Express, Paypal
electronic check and mailed in payments. We can customize it to your needs - do
you want to bill the full first month when someone signs up? Or pro-rate the
first month and also charge for the second month up front? Or even give them
the first month free and just charge for the second month? How about
semi-annual or annual accounts? Our system does it all. |
| We can create a branded installation CD rom - custom printed with your name
and logo, and containing i.e. and Netscape installers, the ISP wizard and more!

graphics. You can then take that basic web site and continue to enhance it
